My logitech k200 keyboard is not working when i am booting my PC

I bought logitech k200 keyboard for my PC ,i have a dual booted OS.
So when i switch on my pc , i am not able to select OS using up down arrows and even 'ENTER' key is also not working.
default option is selected and after that OS is booted keyboard works perfectlt fine
My previous samsung keyboard was working totally fine

Just get into the habit of having a ps2 standard keyboard ready to plugin on post startup.
Let the computer post to windows and use the oldkeyboard and select which os you need.
I know that isn't the answer you wanna here but thats the only best answer you got for now.
Even logitech.com doesn't know why their keyboard does that at times.

Thanks,ya this is not what i was expecting...can anybody please provide me some other solution...
