hi guys, so i bought a new ATI Radeon HD 5400 and it was fine at first, no fps drop or even a lag, around 1 month later my fps started dropping from 80 to 1-10, the drop itself starts every 10 minutes after the pc turned on, i've tried defrag-ing, cleaning my pc, facing a fan inside my pc, scanning for viruses, removing malwares, turning off VSync, updating drivers (except BIOS), re-installing CCC.

Minecraft could be a totally separate problem. Just because the graphics look crappy doesn't mean anything. It's a huge resource hog for Java. You can Google and download MCpatcher and go into the options menu to change the amount of memory for java from 1024 to higher. Problem is, you don't have that much RAM to begin with, so you could start causing other issues when you're near lava and water. I think I read that it's caused more by the sound than rendering the graphics near those.
