CCC Will Not Install

I tried to install the new 13.4 CCC and the install manager keeps crashing. I have tried multiple things but I do not want to install windows again. I found a work around to get just the driver to install but since CCC wont install, I cannot enable crossfire. I have deleted every ATI folder i can find, ran multiple drive and registry sweepers and nothing is working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the replies. After about 5 hours of trying things I am not even sure what finally fixed it. I am not a super computer expert but I know my way around them and I have to say this has me stumped. I like this it is finally working just wish I knew what did it so I could pass along the info.
