I just purchased a new monitor, and the display is shifted and inch and half to the left, can't see the start button or nay of my programs. I've trid goingthrough the menu directory on the monitor, but I can't find any way to shift the screen, nor can I find anything that'll shift the screen within the computer. There's no buttons on the monitor to shift the screen either...Insignia monitor.
