Hi,
I am building my first computer and I saw that there were only 2 wires for the front panel.
One was JUSB_2, and one was JAUD1. Are there supposed to be any more?

Your MB manual should show where to plug the USB (4, or 5 wires) and the Ft panel Audio (notmally about 3 wires) into.

So despite there being all of those other ports surrounding the audio and usb there is nothing that plugs into them?
Thank you for responding.

Yep,
The only other connections you should need other than the Ft panel connects are:
.. Your 20/24 Pin connector from the PSU
.. The 4/8 Pin CPU power connector
.. Your Fans (3 and 4 pin connectors), one is for your CPU HSFan.
.. Sata connectors for your HDDs (and/or SSD) and your DVD drive.
