My samsong m2 1tb external hard drive is not working anymore. It doesn't show on my windows computer when I plug it in. Is there anything I can do to retrieve all the information I need from it?
If you have already tried other USB ports, you might have to pull the disk out of the enclosure and plug it directly in to the motherboard.
Thanks. I'm not a computer expert so I don't know if I want to open up my computer and plug my hard drive in directly. But thanks all the same. Maybe I'll try it.
