XP & Windows 7 Dual Boot Issue

I am trying to dual boot Windows XP and Windows 7. They are both on different drives. Windows 7 was installed after XP. I have used EasyBCD to add XP to the boot menu. When I try to boot into XP I get a error with the ntldr and error code 0xc0000098. I have tried rebuilding the XP install and adding XP to the Windows Boot Loader manually and still have the same issue. If I unplug the Windows 7 Drive, XP will boot fine. I have been searching for days trying to find a solution to this problem, anyone know something else that I could try?
