Hello Guys! ;) I'm Brazillian and i have a eMachines (sorry for my bad english haha) eMachines D442-V081 AMD Processor V140,4GB Ram DDR3 (2GB Original) and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250..and..this AMD Processor V140..its so bad..is a single core..so which cpus are compatible with the eMachines Motherboard Model HM43_DN Socket G1S4 (I saw another emachines with the same model of motherboard with a Athlon X2)

Here is a list of S1 CPUs. Compatibility depends on what your BIOS will support. Unfortunately, the product information on the eMachines website doesn't show a list of supported CPUs.

Here is a link to the tech support for eMachines. You can try inquiring with them.

Alternatively, find out who manufactured the motherboard, and then check their website for a list of compatible CPUs.
