kingston hyperx 128 sata 3 ssd

Here in India after sale service of seasonic is below average (read bad). Whereas corsair service is absolutely great. Better than any other be it asrock, biostar, msi, seagate, wd, logitech, asus etc. (btw it is below Zotac's service; nothing can match that). So seasonic is generally avoided

so what is the final answers guys i'm living in chennai.currently i'm using cooler master 460w extreme power plus with 5670, my psu started to make coil whine noise during voltage fluctuations suddenly i hear some sound in my computer ups and the sound goes off any solution for this problem?
