so i have a small case fan that came out of a old HP computer and it was a Heat sink fan for it, but i decided to put it into my new PC, when i installed it ETC it starts to spin at 6000 RPM screaming like its being murdered. i tried to turn it down in the Bios and it has 3 Options,
"CPU Fan"
"Power Fan"
"Case Fan 1"
none of them seem to work. there all connected to the motherboard.
any suggestions?
