Trying to OC but can't change bios settings...8350/gigabyte 990fx ud3

So I disabled all the power saving features, I disabled the turbo core that will automatically oc it by 100MHz, and I enabled unlocked cpu but no matter how many times I click or press enter on the cpu ratio to change the frequency it will not let me change it I also tired +/-....any thoughts please? It is much appreciated! By the way it is a Rev 3.0 and updated bios to FC the newest bios update.

if your not already make sure your bios are the newest bios released for that board. You can find them on the gigabyte web site.

I did like 20 minutes ago I have the latest "FC" thanks for responding though looking for all the support I can get.

Only thing I can think of is to replace the battery.

Make sure you are using the "+/-" on the numpad, it doesn't work any other way on mine... i have the same exact mobo and its working in my BIOS. Bios Version "FB" , Bios Date 01/22/2013, Bios ID 8A02BG01.

have you tried pressing enter key after each setting adjustment? I know on my board if i don't it will revert back to previous setting.
