Have 1000$ canadian need help.

ive recently had to sell my old pc for x reasons. and need to build a new one.

my budget is 1000$ ill mostly be gaming and video encoding. and dont require monitor or windows or dvd drive.

so if someone could help me out with a build that be nice i cant seem to squeeze something great for 1k canadian.
