AMD 4100 AM3+ on a N68S3+ motherboard.

The board says 95watts max 4100 is pushing it @ 100w http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=497#spec
Umm, this motherboard has AM3, and for the FX 4100 I need to have AM3+, but i've seen some forums where people say that it is impossible to run that processor on the biostar n68s3+ motherboard because it has AM3.
And some other forums say that AM3 motherboards are compatible with AM3+ processors.
If I get the FX 4100 for my biostar n68s3+, is actually going to work?

I think it is backwards compatible too, but over watting the Maximum CPU TDP (Thermal Design Power) : 95Watt is a bad idea.
