Hey all,
Running my Q6600 on a p35c-ds3r motherboard with 8gb Ripjaws-X 1333mhz DDR3. I used to run at 356 x 9 for 3.2ghz, with 8-8-8-24 timing and a 2.5~ (1066 strapping) multi, but for some reason it stopped booting. It used to be stable under any test at around 1.3850v, then had to be pushed to 1.4v (I think - I'm not sure if this solved the issue at the time).

Now, any change above the default 2.4ghz stops it from booting. It shuts down on a black screen after the initial info about BIOS version and CPU clock, etc. Even 2.45ghz with auto voltage, timings, and multi crashes! I don't understand why this has suddenly happened, or how I can fix it.

Any ideas?
- HateDread.

Not sure how to clear CMOS on a p35c, but I'll look into it. Temps are good - got a Hyper 212 Evo fitting nicely. Temps idling in the forties in a hot room right now at stock. Those OCs I mentioned used to push it up to high 70s on a good day.
