Is it normal for my specs?

Okey guys I have problem on BF3, i get drops to 28FPS in big maps on ultra settings with around 60 player swith my specs FX 6100 stock clock, 7870 ghz edition oc 2gb stock clock and 16gb ram.
Is this normal for my specs, or should I get way more?

I am going to take a guess that your cpu is not up to par but to be sure.Run Afterburner and check your GPU usage. If you are running at 99% GPU usage in that particular game, then you have no bottleneck. If you are running at less than 99% GPU usage, particularly if its closer to 50% or less in that particular game, then you have a CPU bottleneck.

What is your resolution? Its normal if you are playing at 1920*1080 resolution. Battlefield 3 remains one of the more intense graphical and CPU(especially large multiplayer maps) intensive games available.

A CPU OC will help you, I believe your CPU is holding you back a bit on the larger player maps.
