Pace 4111n manual

Where can I acquire a user manual for the Pace 4111n router? Contacting Pace has been fruitless.

The Pace router was provided by AT&T and works fine. However, I'm trying to port forward several ports. The process for port forwarding appears to be successful, but yet I'm unable to access the port externally. I'm accessing the router from the internet using the external router's address followed by the port number. Example xxx.x.xxx.xx:xxxx However, I'm unable to connect. So I'm wondering if I'm missing a setting. Thus the request for a user manual.

I've set up port forwarding on other routers, so I confident that I'm doing it properly.

AT&T has not been very helpful. They are not familiar with the Pace (even though they provided it) and therefore have no "script" for the technician to troubleshoot.

I've tried to contact Pace ... but they are totally unresponsive.

I've found AT&T helpful on other brands of routers, can't recall the make and model, but it wasn't Pace, I never heard of them before this. It's too bad AT&T isn't any help with the Pace, because it doesn't sound like you're going to get any help, unless you can get AT&T to send you a manual, even a PDF file, or maybe they could assist you in getting help from Pace.

What was your resolution to this problem? I am having the same exact issue with my 4111N trying to forward ports for my ip cameras. I forward them like I have done with many past routers and then they are not open. Please help me!!!

I returned the Pace router. I could not open ports on that router. No help from AT&T or Pace either. I bought a Netgear router and it works great. Very easy to set up. Good documentation.

That's crazy. I was afraid you were going to say that. I have been trying all sorts of work arounds for the last 5 hours to no avail. There is nothing online about these routers. Thanks for the response.
