Actually, everything there is pretty good. I think you could save a few bucks by dropping to a 600w PSU. You really don't need that much unless you plan on doing SLI. Just being picky, change the RAM for 2 x 8 rather than 4 x 4. Also you could get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for cooling in case you want to overclock.

I`ll go for the GA-Z77X-UD5H regarding ASROCK have TH aproved 2012 :)
Call it personal taste :)
And i`m very pleased with UD3 and UD5 series of GB !
GB have better sound
GB have heat-pipe for better cooling of the chips

And i`ll loose the 500 Gb for 1 - 2 - 3 Tb one .....
