i was wondering will this GPU run BFBC2 on high settings? Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5450 1GB DDR3 (PCI-e)
and do i have enough with a 400W power supply?

You'll have enough power to run the card...but boy will you have trouble running BFBC2 on even Medium settings ^_^ this is a terrible card to use for gaming.

You wont be able to play ANY game on High settings with those cheap cards...Go for something a bit pricier such as the GTX 650Ti or The Radeon 6790
