Hi Everyone,
I was going to upgrade my CPU from Core I5 2400 to Core i7 3770 during the next month, But i read yesterday that Intel will launch Haswell chip in June, So the question is can i upgrade now? or should i wait instead of buying an "older tech", like is it worth waiting? thx.

My Current Build:
CPU: Intel Core I5 2400.
MOBO: Gigabyte P61A-D3.
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333.

Sorry i forget to mention what i use my computer for, 80% for music production, It's been really hard to work on my tracks while there is many amount of voices being processed, the meter on the DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) shows that the CPU load is 90-99% which leads to stutters n stuff like that.

Read what I said again, please. :p

I was saying that Haswell is the way to go because you don't have to flash the motherboard like you would with Ivy Bridge. (I.E. you get the LGA 1150 motherboard, plunk in the 4770k, and you're good to go.)
