(I come from Sarajevo, Bosnia. *2 conf. can be upgraded to GTX 660 ASUS DirectCU II Edition. I prefer Nvidia, and the *1 conf. is the cheaper one. I'm planning to play games like The Sims 3, NeedForSpeed World, Cities XL, and, probably, the most demanding game will be NSF The Run, or Crysis (2). I'm also planning to play with AutoCAD or 3ds Max.)

I have an hd 7870 and an i3. I have no bottlenecks and I have no trouble maxing most games. an i3 is fine for the time being.

There is no point to get a z77 chipset if you aren't overclocking. That is what they are for. An h77 chipset is better than a b75, but on a low budget, a b75 board is perfectly good.

I largely recommended the Z77 because I also recommended the 3570K. Also, EddyBSichPaa, it's best to be upgrade-ready if you can. I'd recommend the Z77-DS3H, but the H77-DS3H is good too. However, for a gamer, I wouldn't recommend B75. Just my opinion.
