Hey y'all,

Just finished reading Tom's guide to case airflow. I am going to build a simple system: 1 hard drive, an i5-3570 @ 4.2 ghz air cooled, and a 650 Ti Boost. Would it be best to put these on (a) a full-atx mobo in a mini tower with a side fan, or (b) a micro-atx in a small form factor case?

Roger that-- I should have been more specific about what I meant by "best". I was thinking in terms of temperatures in the case. Is there an advantage to more volume of a larger case, given equal components inside?

Some people also like the challenge of building in a small case :p

The Antec 300 and Cooler Master 430 both seem like good deals. If I'm intent on adding fans to them, (ie maxing out their fan slots) would it make sense to buy a higher-end case that comes with fans already?

If those are the same price I would take the Antec over the Cooler Master any day. Superior build quality. What is your budget for a case? You can get quite a decent setup with the Antec case but usually a higher end case will have better features and cooling anyways.
