Yes they are compatible. Just make sure you have at least a 500 watt power supply to be able to run the card.

Also note that your motherboard is PCIe 2.0 and the card is PCIe 3.0
It will work fine but it may not be used to it's 100% full potential.

With a card like that, it makes no difference at all. With the fastest current cards, it can make a few percent difference.

Absolutely true.

*The ONLY issue as mentioned, is the Power Supply. The easiest way to verify compatibility is the 6-pin connectors from the PSU. If the PSU has the required 6-pin connections you should have no problem.
