so i powered down a Old Compaq HP desktop to put a wireless card into it, now i powered it on and it goes to the Compaq screen goes past it then just stops, the orange LED indication the HDD activity will flicker every few seconds. so i took the wireless card out and it still doing the same thing, i tried new SATA cables, rotating the memory and re-seating the CPU. i don't have the reinstall disk for windows and i need help my family is getting quite mad at me for this any help would be really nice
