Budget=60-139USD

I have several devices on my internet, 3 Raspberry Pi, 2 business computers, idevices, and a custom gaming rig on a entry level router as if now. I need to step it up sense my Raspberry Pi on Wifi have not been able to stream videos properly at times.

I just need a really good router for big low latency task. Thankyou :)

I tend to stay away from specific recommendations (just no way to determine what is “best” when it comes to router tech), but in general, the better the specs (faster CPU, more memory, more flash, etc.), the better the router.

That said, latency is often more a function of the internet than of the router. You can have the fastest router on the planet, but if your internet connection is experiencing the normal kinds of latency issues we find from time to time, it's not going to matter all that much which router you use. IOW, you can't fix w/ a new router problems that lie outside that new router.

Well I already have low latency(5ms Speedtest.net) and 8-10ms on game servers(bf3) but didn't want a bottleneck of some sort. Will an ea6500 work better than a RTUAC?
