so i just got done building my first pc and it went pretty good but took really long. anyways so its going and everything was working fine, installed windows 7 still worked. then once i started installing all the motherboard driver updates and graphics card drivers and stuff, then thats when it started getting crazy. like 30 mins after the updates were done i was getting blue screen non stop, at start up, at login screen. got errors as soon as i logged in causing a blue screen i dont know what to do. right now im currently formmating the hard drive and re installing windows hopefully that helps? what else would it be? my specs are asrock z77 extreme 6
1tb seagate hard drive
i5 3570k
amd radeon hd 7770
650w 80 plus gold

Ok I would check everything in your system you installed hard drives ram cpu everything make sure you have everything plug in correct. How many ram sticks you using try just one or 2 to start with. Also after you have re-check everything pull your power cord from system press the power button to release any powers go in find your cmos pin and rest your motherboard by shorting out your pins for about 30 secs. Important to don't do this with power or running the pc you may fry your board see what if any this helps

i ended up fixing it, i dont really know how lol something bout changing the installatoin disk to 3 and that fixed the blue screen when trying to install windows. i also unplaugged my graphics card while doing all upppdates and actually did all of windows updates before doing any of the hardware updates. but yea its awesome now :)
