i can't login to my laptop

hello. basically my laptop is going crazy. everytime i try to write my password the letter 'U' that i pressed and a shortcut popped out of the screen. "The Ease Of Access" thing. and i can't use the letter "L" and "P". can you please help me. please

I am a little confused by your question, but here are some answers anyway.

If there is a problem with your built in keyboard, you can try using a usb keyboard. Just plug it in, turn on the computer and try to use that.

The other solution would be to use the ease of access on screen keyboard to type your entire password.
