I have a dell desktop computer, which had pre-installed Windows 7 professional. I bought another Windows 7 Professional and installed it to my dell desktop computer. Now the question is that can i use the CD-key of that dell desktop computer to my laptop? and can I use the DVD of my new Windows 7 pro with the old CD-key to install in my laptop?

A Windows DVD can be used with any product key so long as the product key is for the same version as the disk (Home Premium, Professional etc)
The original product key on your desktop is an OEM key. It can only be used on the machine it came pre-installed on, which is your desktop.
The product key you bought can be transferred to another machine so long as you bought the retail version and not the OEM version. Although quite often the OEM version will transfer too (even though it's not meant to).
