Ok here it goes, my 3 year old laptop Dell Inspiron 1750 must have caught a virus or something and it started crashing constantly, so I used a bootable cd that I've had since 2010 and I used it to format my laptop, but I don't know what wnet wrong, because when I inserted the recovery disc that came with laptop, it' did instal the OS (Operative System) but I can't find none of apps like the integrated webcam and everytime I try to instal an app it doesn't work and worse that that everytime that I start or even restart the computer, it shows me a list with two options start windos 7 or start windows seven, which is very strang, and as I chose the first option it shows me a completely overload hd and with continuous crashing, I tried inserting the utilties & drivers instaltion disc that came with the computer and it doesn't work, and I am getting in to a point that I simply just don't know what els to do, I have had computers since 1997 and I have always formated and reinstalled the OS n my computer using the discs that came with from the store and now with this that came from the Dell company, oh well I bought at curry's in Taunton but it's a Dell computer and it has worked perfectly until a few months ago,
