Hey i have a serious question... yesterday i had 217gb free in my Local disk C but when i saw today i have 214gb ..whereas i didnt install or download any new programs.
when i checked my c properties i saw that it occupied 29.2 gb..then i selected all my files and found that the files occupied only 17gb now how should i know where are the remaining files that occupied 29.2gb and how do i delete them???

I don't think CCleaner cleans LSO. But deleting that is easy. Google it and click on the Wikipedia site. It should have the path to where the LSO are stored. Delete the entire directory. While you're there (on the site), it doesn't hurt to read it and know more about it.

And yes, the LSO directly will be recreated when more cookies are created. If you use Firefox, Better Privacy addon can remove them for you.
Dotfiles and hidden files? Downloaded programs aren't the only things that take up space. Anything you save will also take up space, such as documents. Programs that you use can also accumulate space. Like if you were using a browser, then web history. Also flash cookies or LSOs can build up fast. I suggest you clear those.
