Hello people! After much thought and research I finally decided upon my first build. I will purchase it in a about a week. My budget is about 700 dollars without monitor and os. I live in Romania(here things are more expensive). I made a complete rig and I want to see if all parts are compatible and if you have better suggestions. Here is what I thought about:
CPU: Intel i7 3770
Motherboard: AsRock Z77 Pro3
GPU: None(just Intel hd 4000)
RAM: Kingston 8gb 1600mhz (KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX)
Case: Cougar Solution
PSU: OCZ CoreXStream 500W
DVD WRITER: LG GH24NS95
HDD: Toshiba 500GB SATA3 7200rpm 32MB
The case comes with a 120 mm fan. Is that enough or should buy some more? Also if I won`t overlock the CPU is the stock fan enough? I mean I won`t overlock the cpu but I will use the integrated graphics. Will that make it run hotter?
How about the PSU? Is it powerful enough( I`m thinking of adding a discrete gpu in the future, nothing high-end just a hd 7750).
Is there anything else I should buy? I mean anything, even the smallest accessories, I never built a PC before so I dont really know much about it. Thank you for reading and sorry I have so many questions. :D Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Sorry I updated my post. I will be using this for mild gaming and web browsing. HD streaming and multitasking for example I would like to run a game also have my torrents open, surf the web( streaming hd videos), have a few music programs open(which aren`t very demanding) and maybe even watch blu ray films without the computer lagging. I would play games like hitman absolution and LA Noire on medium-low setting. Thanks for your reply.

I know. But still I thought that if i just have a good cpu and a nice enough mobo I can upgrade the rig with a gpu later. Plus, as I said, I am not a gamer, I don`t need a good GPU, and to be honest I don`t really need that cpu either, is just a fantasy that I have. As for my budget I would have to drop my cpu to an i3 to make enough money for a gpu that would really be good in a couple of years, and by then my cpu will be outdated.

The only way I could afford it now is if I would drop the cpu down to an i5 3350P which I don`t want actually want to.

Man you really did give me to think about. For some reason I never took the xeon`s in consideration. Thanks man I`ll have to think more about this.

You don't need CPU power/cores. You need fast RAMs and disk I/O.

On one of those links it says you need to do a lot of homework before you build around a xeon 1230 v2. Why is that?
Anyway how about this for a build.
CPU: Intel Xeon E31230v2
Motherboard: AsRock B75 Pro3
GPU: Saphire Radeon HD 7750
RAM: Kingston 8gb 1600mhz (KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX)
Case: Cougar Solution
PSU: OCZ CoreXStream 500W
DVD WRITER: LG GH24NS95
HDD: Toshiba 500GB SATA3 7200rpm 32MB

Also could you please tell me if the case comes with a 120 mm fan. Is that enough or should buy some more? Also is the PSU enough?
Thank you for your help!
