Constant Blue Screens (Please Help!)

I built my PC about 2 months ago (W7 Home Premium, AMD FX-6300, 8GB Corsair Vengeance, Sapphire Radeon 7850 OC, ASUS m5a97 R2.0 board) and i constantly get random blue screens. I'm usually running steam or origin but the blue never happen at any specific action or time, it could be in the middle of battlefield 3 or just when i'm browsing. 90% the error is "Memory_Management" otherwise it's "system_service_exception" or it doesn't specify, my friends are recommending a fresh or recovery install but i'd like to avoid the hassle. Possibly a hardware problem? PLEASE HELP

If you're too lazy to google it, that's your problem.... It's a great memory diagnostic and will probably tell you that your memory is bad. Download it and install it on a cd. Boot your computer from the cd and run the test. as anonymous1 says, run it over night. If it shows errors you can run it with each stick of ram to find out which one is bad.
