im planning to build a new cpu for gaming, my budget is RS 50000(around $950)but parts in india are expensive than usa

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) (around RS 4k)
ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 Motherboard (around RS 9k)
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST500DM002) (around RS 3k)
no dvd drive I already have that....
