why are my youtube videos buffering even at 360p halfscreen and i have a 4mbps download and 0.5 upload speed, here is my speed test result: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2675327645.png
is it because it's running on a relly old laptop from 2003? it's specs are intel pentium m 1.4GHz, mobility radeon 9200, 512mb ram (i'm using this laptop because my computer died about 6 months ago and i don't have any money.
