my computer is 64 bit but runs my programs on 32 bit

programs only run in 64 bit if they're programmed to. True, it's proven that 64bit OS will run things a little better, but if you want the full benefit, it will have to be running a 64bit program.
P.S. Flash only runs in 64bit if you use it with a 64bit browser.

flash player should identify you have 64bit automatically if you go to adobe website
look in program files--all those are 64bit
