help no start screen

just built my computer, connected all the parts correctly ( i assume) when i power it on all the fans work i can hear the hdd working cpu fan is working. but i have no boot screen im confused. atm i do not have a os on my hdd. if you could help i would be very grateful.

It sounds like either your video card is bad, not connected properly, the cables are not connected properly, the cable is bad, or your monitor is not.

I'd say first make sure your monitor's on. Then make sure everything's properly connected and plugged in. If that doesn't work make sure your GPU is properly seated (Take it out and put it back in). If that doesn't work you might want to try out a different GPU (I would recommend you ask a friend if you can use theirs before you go out and buy one).
