My router goes to no internet, can i fix this and how

Im with bt and i have the hub set up but my pc keeps on saying it has connection to the hub and no internet access but everyone else in the house doesn't have this problem. can i fix it and if so how do i?

Did this happen suddenly? In other words, did it just stop working?

I can only speculate. So IP / mac address filtering? Wifi drivers? Incorrect password?

It has happened sice i have had my pc. i don't know about the ip adress filtering question. I have checked my wifi drivers and its not that. and i have the right password for my network.

Is it only your network? Or can your computer not access the Internet via wifi anywhere? Maybe the wifi card doesn't work.

So are you saying that you do get Internet via wifi, but just not on your network?

no i am saying that i am connected to my network but sometimes it goes to no internet access but it is still connected to the hub. it doesn't happen to other people in my house at the same time though

I didn't ask about connection to your network. I asked if you could connect to the Internet via wifi at all? I don't care which network it's connected to. I just want to know if your wifi card works or not. And yes, I know it doesn't affect the other people in your house. You don't have to repeat yourself 100 times.

Maybe it's a different security protocol? What security protocol does your router use? And what were you using on your computer? Are they the same?
