What Kind of Display Can I Expect With My Setup?

Hey Guys,
I finally made the switch from console to PC gaming, and successfully built my first rig over the weekend. Being new to the PC scene, I am pretty blown away at how customizable the graphics settings are for games. I was hoping someone with more experience would be able to take a look at my setup and give me an estimation of what types of settings I should be getting on graphic intensive games like Crysis and Battlefield.

Current Setup is: Intel i5 3750K, EVGA Geoforce 680 FTW+ , and an Asus Sabertooth z77 motherboard to top it off. Based on that, can I expect to play games on Ultra, with 60fps? Additionally, I was wondering if overclocking the processor/ GPU would be worth it? (I have a corsair hydro h80i aftermarket cooler for the cpu). Thanks guys, I really appreciate any advice you can give a N00b like me.

  1. That's a nice build and i would expect you should be able to play most games maxed out at 1080p. What resolution are you intending to game at?

1080P for now, going to output to my television. Down the road I'm intending to grab a nice monitor though.
