No Grafics when powering up pc takes several tries and it works

When ever i power up my PC the Grafix display will not initiate, takes a few times to work. Any suggestions as to why? edit grafix card is a GeForce 7000 series

Thats a sign of a bad capacitor, could be any number of things. When you turn it on at first it gets a charge but not enough to get by the boot sequence, then when you try again the level is up enough for it to boot. I'd put my money on the power supply, but look for swollen ones throughout the computer, like around the cpu ect.

It could be the display initialization order/setting within the BIOS. I've run into a small handful of systems that show the same behavior using PCIe cards while the "Graphics Init First" (or equivalent setting) within the BIOS was set to PCI. Changing that setting to an appropriate PCIe setting (often abbreviated as "PEG" or "PEG1" within the BIOS) corrected the problem.
