Unfortunately, you are pretty much stuck with the Dell psu. Slimline cases can sometimes use TFX style psu's, but you would have to measure your existing psu and then get the measurements for an aftermarket replace. There may also be differences in mounting holes, etc.

Your best bet (if you are NOT going to replace with Dell), would be to buy a new case and standard ATX form psu, and move your rig into that.
