6670 is a budget gaming GPU on the other hand GT 630 is not even a gaming GPU

You can't always rely on numbers on the paper BUT I would guess that the 6670's 480 core processors vs 630's 96 CUDA core processers makes the 6670 a significan't faster GPU. Even though the architecture of Nvidia and AMD is different.
