What is going to be used for primarily? Work or play? If gaming, the i5 might be a better choice. For HTPC or general office and light gaming use, this setup is perfectly fine. It comes with a decent built in GPU, the HD 2500, which is great for high definition video and can even play some new games on lower resolution and medium to low settings. If you aren't getting a discrete GPU and want a little more horsepower from your GPU, the 3570k (not 3570, that one also uses the HD 2500) uses the HD 4000. But if you go for a "K" CPU, you'll be better off with a Z77. For a budget build, a H77 and 3220 is very nice.

Yep it's all compatible. What will you be using this computer for? If it's not gaming or heavy work, perfectly fine. But if you are gaming you should get at least a 7750.

IMPORTANT: Replace the Coolermaster power supply with a Corsair/Seasonic/Antec model. They are the reliable brands and will not take out your system. For example, the Corsair CX500 is a good budget option. Coolermaster's a great company but its PSUs are quite bad.

EDIT: You should get at least a 7770, I don't mean to bash anything cheaper but it's not worth the money to buy something under $75 over Intel's 'Graphics Media Decelerator'

if you are planning on adding a dGPU, the GTX 650ti or HD 7770 are both in the $120 range. Anything under $100 is really not worth it and you might as well spend the extra money on the i5 3570k because the HD 4000 is pretty much in the same category as a sub- $100 GPU.
