connecting multiple fans to 4 pin molex multi fan connecter cable

I have bought a set of 4 cooler master silent fan SI2. These fans:

I have connected 2 of them with single molex to fan connector. Now I want to connect the other two.
So Does connecting multiple fans to a 4 pin molex fan connector reduces the fan speeds?

NO, You could probably connect 10->40 fans depending on what else is connected to that +12V rail. See below form a more detailed explaination.

Each fab draws X current (Low). Your Molex connector can supply upto the PSU Specified current for the given +12 V rail. This can be upto approx 20 Amps minus what is drawn by other components (ie HDDs, DVD drives) depending on your PSU.

If a Fan draws say 0.5 A and you had say 10 Amps available on that given rail yo could connect upto 20 Fans to that Molex connector.

Added. Fans draw such low current that most do not even include in their specifications.
