should i change my processor

hi
my system specs
pentium dual core processor 2.8ghz
4gb ram
gigabyte g41 mother board
and i am using the motherboard integrated chipset but i want to get a good graphic card so i can run games like ac3 and battle field if i bough something like sapphire hd 7750 1gb gddr5 will i be able to play these games smoothly with a dual core processor or it will affect the performance

A pentium will not be able to run battlefield 3 smoothly, but then again, neither will a 7750. Go with the graphics card, and use it in your next build as well as this one.

Yes you should change your processor and your entire build except your graphics card which is just fine. Go for an i3 or FX-4300/6300 build.

core 2 duo fine?
cause i3 wont work on gigabyte g-41

Yes core2duo would be fine.Try and get the most powerful Core2duo available like E8400.Or you could also go for a Core2Quad which will be much better for BF3.
