i am planning to make a low budget gaming pc that can run high end games on full graphics.. and should also be made such that it will not get outdated in the coming few years.

I'm not sure how much shipping costs so I've rounded prices up a notch.
Also this CPU is a very good deal, but it will not work for you unless you update your motherboard's BIOS first.
However you can not do this alone, and you will need to pay for the procedure.
If you don't want to go through all this just buy this CPU instead.
