I am having a problem with loading maps in BO2. I have an AMD set up and everything i have is over the suggested for the game. None of my other games do this. When in the loading screen FPS drop to 1 and says awaiting textures. When it does load, FPS back to over 100 and everything is fine. I do not know what to do.
