Asrock or Gigabyte Motherboard?

What motherboard should I buy? Asrock 990FX Extreme 3 or the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard? I was leaning towards the Gigabyte board, but is it worth the extra $20? I don't plan on over clocking anything. I'm gonna use Amd FX 4300 cpu, geforce gtx 560 to, patriot ssd.

Go for gigabyte.I'm owner of that Asrock board,but I'd better buy giggabyte cuz later I saw it has better voltage regulations, 8+1 I think.
Jut check if the boards support your CPu before you buy.
