SSD firmware update cant have windows on it, but already intsalled

Solution
Windows can be installed on the drive...it just cannot be running as the boot drive when you update it. You have two options:

1. Install the drive as a secondary drive (on another machine usually). Basically just need to hook it up to another machine and boot up. Then run the OCZ toolbox and select that drive. http://ocz.com/consumer/download/firmware/ocz_toolbox_firmware_update_guide_windows.pdf

2. Use the OCZ Toolbox bootable version.
