My dedicated graphics donot work

i am using dell inspiron 7520 with 2gb ddr3 graphics.
my drivers are correctly installed
but when i open gta 4 the graphics they show that i have are 13oo mb which are my integrated ones.. i want to switch to dedicated graphics to get more performance

I'm not sure about this, but I believe you can change to dedicated GPU in the BIOS.

EDIT: Is it only GTA4?

Where is this NVIDIA global 3D settings?? Is it in bios?

I am using Ati, would it work for me?

Oops. I didn't know that it was an AMD GPU.

You should be able to switch to dedicated in CCC. If not, then I don't know.
