GTX 660 vs Radeon 7850

The gtx 660 is the better card by a considerable margin and can be found cheaper than the hd 7850 2gb.

I owned the Sapphire HD 7850 and it was alright. Far Cry 3 is the only game I had at the time, it was able to do good with medium/high settings but once I put it on ultra it gave me about 42 FPS.
Good performance for the money.
I haven't owned the 660 but it will be a step lower than the 670 (I currently have it) and I sometimes see over 100+ FPS with ultra settings.

The GTX 660 is more comparable to the HD 7870. I recently bought a 2nd Asus GTX 660 OC "Top" version from newegg for $168 which made it only $10 more than a 650ti 192-bit. You might want to wait until there is another rebate on it. I caught it when there was an instant rebate of $20 plus a factory mail in rebate of $20 from Asus. The 7850 is more comparable to the 192-bit 2GB GTX 650ti.
