Hey guys, I have recently replaced XP with Win7. Under XP I could output audio to everything that was plugged in at the same time.
As you may know with Win7 you can only play to one output at a time. If I was to install a soundcard will it allow me to play to all outputs at once?
Currently I have a Sony HT receiver in a different room connected to the mobo Optical SPDIF, the PC speakers and an old stereo in the basement plugged in to the 3.5mm audio jacks on the mobo plus hedphones on the front audio jack. I can change which of these I play to using the audio driver, but not all of them at once.
I know I could get an external splitter box, but it is a last option for me.
